Who handles your data

This site is operated by Box Architects CR S.R.L., Costa Rican company ID 3-102-960113, based in Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

What we collect

Only what you give us voluntarily when you inquire about a property: your name, email, phone number and the message you write. We also record which property prompted the inquiry, and the date.

For security we store a hashed (encrypted) version of your IP address, solely to prevent automated spam. We do not store your IP address in readable form.

What we use it for

Only to answer your inquiry and follow up commercially about the property you were interested in. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Where it is stored

On Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting), both with servers outside Costa Rica. We keep it for as long as a commercial relationship or a legitimate follow-up interest exists.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, without giving a reason. Write to braynergutierrez@boxarchitectscr.com and we'll take care of it.

About the property images

Some properties are shown with concept renders, not photographs of the actual property. Those images are always labelled "Concept render" and are illustrative only: they do not represent the current state of the property, nor do they constitute an offer of anything built.

Land registry data

We show each property's land registry (finca) number because it is public information from Costa Rica's National Registry. We do not publish the owners' names.
